1. General
By reserving a table at Agora Lilleborg via our table reservation form, you accept our terms of purchase. These terms regulate the relationship between you as a customer and Agora Lilleborg, and you are advised to read the terms carefully before placing an order.

2. Payment and payment method
All reservations require a pre-payment of 100 NOK per table, payable when submitting the table reservation form. The payment is made via Stripe, a secure payment solution. Once the payment is complete, the reservation will be confirmed.

3. Reservation confirmation
After completing payment, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your reservation. Please make sure that the information you provide is correct. If you do not receive a confirmation within a reasonable time, please contact us.

4. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation of reservations must be made no later than 24 hours prior to the agreed date in order to receive a refund. For cancellations made after this deadline, the payment of NOK 100 will not be refunded.

5. Personal data
When you reserve a table, we collect necessary personal data such as name, telephone number and e-mail address. This information is treated confidentially and is only used to manage your reservation. We do not share your personal data with third parties without your consent.

6. Change of terms
Agora Lilleborg reserves the right to change these terms of purchase without prior notice. Any changes will be published on our website and will apply to future reservations.
