Acoustic night at Agora: Sukkerspinn and The Mercury Sound
May 13 @ 19:00 - 21:00

We invite you to another acoustic concert at Agora, this time with Sukkerspinn and The Mercury Sound. Bring friends and enjoy something good by the glass.
Cotton candy:
Sukkerspinn is an imperfectionist who balances the vulnerable, the noisy and the intimate. The 23-year-old artist combines Lo-Fi aesthetics with genres such as folk, indie-soul, electronica, slowcore and shoegaze. 2. In August 2024, he released his debut album, “If you ask me what I’m thinking about”. An album that, without promotion, has paved the way for a growing presence in the music scene. After his first concert, he received a mention from Gaffa.no as artist of the week, where he was described as: “a DIY indie folk project consisting of feedback, reverb and beauty mistakes that feel just right”. 17. April he released the single “Fox & friends”, which is the first single on the way to his second album.
The Mercury Sound:
Oslo band The Mercury Sound is fronted by producer and songwriter Marius Børresen. Inspired by Springsteen’s rough lyrics, The War On Drugs’ more ambient sound and the music of several people who have drunk from the American rock well, the band plays indie rock where one song can be introverted and navel-gazing while the next song sounds like it will end the Roskilde Festival.
Tickets: Free
Concert start: 19:00
